Hacking the contest

Brian Welch, who has a well-documented track record of hacking the contest, has once again outfoxed us. His entries managed to coax our test suite out of hiding and into the clear. Our plan is to continue scoring with the current test suite until the noon prize is awarded, at which point we will change the tests. The new test suite will be similar in character to the old one, but obviously there will be a discontinuity in the results.

UPDATE: We’ve closed the loophole and we’re back in twilight again.
