Big Sunday Push

We’re holding another Big Sunday Push. We award this prize to the contestant who makes the biggest cumulative improvement to the top score over the course of Sunday (midnight to midnight EDT). See the “Contributions in Daylight” section of the Statistics for standings. Be sure to enter your name exactly the same for all your entries so we will group them together.

Thank you for the all the thoughtful feedback with respect to the obfuscation issue, both on the blog and on the newsgroup. I’m going to hold off on making any rule changes until the contest team has a chance to meet on Monday morning.

    I accidentally misspelled my own name on Saturday.
    If you look on the Contest Statistics page,
    you’ll see “David Joned”, … which should be “David Jones”.
    Can you go in there and fix my typo?

    thanks!
    David Jones

Wrap code fragments inside <pre> tags, like this:

<pre class="code">
a = magic(3);
sum(a)
</pre>

If you have a "<" character in your code, either follow it with a space or replace it with "&lt;" (including the semicolon).
