I recommend contacting technical support and provide more details on why you are not able to import your Solidworks assembly: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html

I have a complete Solidworks assembly of rotary soil digger.
The rotary digger is powered by a DC motor and load of the motor is monitored by a current sensor (which proportional to soil hardness)
The rotary digger is mounted on a electronic actuator that control the downward speed of the digger.
My goal is making PID or PD controller for the actuator.
My hurdle since last year is I cannot import and model the systems in Simscape multibody.
I have done tuning the PID controller in real world (which cost me tenth of blown fuses), but still I want to study model based PID tuning.
Please help me!

Eko

Install the latest release and give it a try.

Basically I want to export my .cat product file as .xml so as to analyze it deeply in matlab but failed to do so. Can you please guide me what should i do for this….Thanx

I have a step file and I want to open it in matlab. first I wanna download simmechanics library from this link https://www.mathworks.com/products/simmechanics/download_smlink_confirmation.html?elqsid=1522745477310&potential_use=Education but there is this error: the file do not exist. how can I download it?
