Adrian—Sure. That capability has been in the toolbox for 15 years. See functions like roipoly, poly2mask, and getline.

Hi Steve,

I would like to create a binary mask based on a region I draw on top of an image. I know that in R2008b the IP toolbox has functions like createMask to do this. But I am using R2007a. Is it possible to pull this off in 2007a? Thanks.
