MATLAB Basics: Parsing code for better understanding

This six minute video shows you how to use the debugger and other tools to step through complicated code and understand what is really going on. By taking a complicated expression and breaking it into smaller pieces, you will have a better idea of what is really going on.

Wrap code fragments inside <pre> tags, like this:

<pre class="code">
a = magic(3);
sum(a)
</pre>

If you have a "<" character in your code, either follow it with a space or replace it with "&lt;" (including the semicolon).
