Spring 2009 MATLAB programming contest is open

I am pleased to announce that there is a new MATLAB programming contest, and it started a few hours ago. This one is very different from prior contests, it is a free-form visualization contest. It is similar to contests run over at one of my favorite blogs: Flowing Data

So, without further ado, please go see the MATLAB programming contest rules and take a look at my entry to get things started. MATLAB contest

Wrap code fragments inside <pre> tags, like this:

<pre class="code">
a = magic(3);
sum(a)
</pre>

If you have a "<" character in your code, either follow it with a space or replace it with "&lt;" (including the semicolon).
