My first big announcement is that I&#8217;ve joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.mathworks.com\/community\/2010\/05\/24\/introducing-matlab-mobile-%E2%80%93-an-iphone-app-to-connect-remotely-to-your-matlab\/\">MATLAB Mobile<\/a>  project full-time. This means that I no longer work on the traditional MATLAB Desktop and Editor. With this change, it makes sense for me to broaden the scope of this blog. I&#8217;m still going to cover desktop topics and continue covering Java and platform topics as well. With the help of guests from all over the company, I plan to also bring you posts that cover the mobile world, the MATLAB Community, MATLAB graphics, and some other special topics. <\/p>\n<p>By broadening the blog&#8217;s focus, I hope to keep the topics fresh and interesting to wide audience of MATLAB enthusiasts. I want to think of this blog&#8217;s domain as what it means to interact with MATLAB in it&#8217;s various forms.
