Developed at Universit\u00e0 di Parma and the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, FSDA toolbox<\/a> is one of the most popular toolboxes in the MathWorks File Exchange<\/a> and contains over 300 functions<\/a> covering areas such as Robust Regression Analysis, Robust Multivariate Analysis and Robust Cluster Analysis.<\/a> It is designed to complement the functionality of MathWorks' own Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox.<\/div>\r\n
I first wrote about FSDA toolbox on The MATLAB Blog last year when I covered one of its functions that implemented Least Median of Squares Regression<\/a> but this just scratches the surface of what this toolbox can do.<\/div>\r\n
FSDA is very professionally developed and disseminated. The team even publish release videos to complement the release notes<\/a> when a new version is made available. Here's the video for their 2025a release<\/div>\r\n
