We aren&#8217;t ones to stereotype, but we&#8217;ve noticed a <i>slight <\/i>trend towards our audiences being predominantly (about 98%) male. One place to find a woman associated with MATLAB is on the File Exchange, though. Walterio Mayol-Cuevas has programmed Nancy (a standard humanoid of the H-Anim working group) into MATLAB.<\/p>\n<p>Walterio&#8217;s <a title=\"https:\/\/www.mathworks.com\/matlabcentral\/fileexchange\/loadFile.do?objectId=623&amp;objectType=file (link no longer works)\">Articulated Humanoid Body<\/a> submission gives you the ability to visualize and analyze Nancy in MATLAB.  This is actually quite powerful, as it enables MATLAB users to do what they previously could do only in XML, VRML, and HTML.
