On Monday I'll be attending the International Color Consortium's <a href=\"http:\/\/www.color.org\/devcon06.html\">DevCon 2006<\/a> at the University of Leeds. The MathWorks is a member of the ICC and is a sponsor of DevCon, which is a meeting for users and product developers working with ICC color management.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nI enjoyed attending last year's DevCon in Scottsdale, Arizona. There I learned my favorite new phrase of 2005, \"scum dots.\"\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nThe rest of the week I'll be sticking around for the European Conference on Colour in Graphics, Imaging, and Vision.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nIf you are attending either of these conferences, I'd love to meet you, so please look me up.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nI'll try to post here at least once next week.\r\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\r\nNext week I'll be in the UK.
