I’m pleased to announce that going forward we’re going to be doing things a little differently here at Mike on The MATLAB Desktop. My first big announcement is that I’ve joined the MATLAB Mobile project full-time. This means that I no longer work on the traditional MATLAB Desktop and Editor. With this change, it makes sense for me to broaden the scope of this blog. I’m still going to cover desktop topics and continue covering Java and platform topics as well. With the help of guests from all over the company, I plan to also bring you posts that cover the mobile world, the MATLAB Community, MATLAB graphics, and some other special topics.
By broadening the blog’s focus, I hope to keep the topics fresh and interesting to wide audience of MATLAB enthusiasts. I want to think of this blog’s domain as what it means to interact with MATLAB in it’s various forms. I’m going to keep the blog name “Mike on the MATLAB Desktop” as is for now, but I’m going to reevaluate it in a few months once I figure out what the range of topics is.
On that note, let me know what topics you’re interested in learning more about.
