Shade an area
Greeting from Singapore. Part of the glamorous life of an application engineer is traveling the world singing the praises of MATLAB. So here I am between seminars and customer visits to bring you the best of the best from MATLAB Central. This week I choose a file by Andreas called areashade.
This slick little function allows you to easily color just a subsection of the area bounded by a curve. This is useful, and the function itself is well documented and conforms to the MathWorks standard help format. He even includes a simple, illustrative example.
