UIcontrol: slider panel

My buddy and colleague Brett made this great little UI tool. It allows you to have a slider where you can see what the maximum, minimum and current values are. As John, the first reviewer of this file points out, this is a very common thing to do. I have reinvented this same wheel myself a few times, but I never made the effort to make it into a portable tool for the rest of the community to enjoy.

Thanks for posting this sliderPanel, Brett.

Wrap code fragments inside <pre> tags, like this:

<pre class="code">
a = magic(3);
sum(a)
</pre>

If you have a "<" character in your code, either follow it with a space or replace it with "&lt;" (including the semicolon).
