Developing a Simple Mechanism to Log Metric Values
A few years time ago I developed a mechanism and MATLAB function to track values over time I was interested in monitoring. However, I found that storing the data in MAT files made it inconvenient to share data internally with others not using MATLAB.
So I want to develop a method again, this time storing the data in Excel. As well as deciding on how the data will be structured in the Excel file, I will need create a function that lets me save metrics into it. It should take at least a metric name and value as parameter.
At about 19 min in the video I have machine problems and need to reboot.
