OK, it's time for a confession. I'm embarrassed. Really embarrassed. A little while back I posted a media player to MATLAB Central. I spent probably 5 minutes plugging an ActiveX control of the Microsoft Media Player (R) into a MATLAB figure window. Around the same time, Don Orofino spent countless hours building a real movie player in native MATLAB. I'm embarrassed because nearly as many people have downloaded my submission as Don's, but Don's is way cooler and much more useful. Check out Don's Interactive Movie Player right away if you spend any time playing movies in MATLAB.
