Fixing an Indexing Problem by Inserting Dummy Rows Into a MATLAB Table

Here I realize that an assumption I had with the contents of a MATLAB table was wrong, so I need to find a way to ensure it is true so that the rest of my code works. I do it by inserting some dummy rows.
