Jiro‘s Pick this week is the example files used in the “Getting Started with MATLAB” video by one of my colleagues, Matt Tearle. I used to work with him in the Training Services group.
I chose to highlight this entry this week not only because of the interesting topic that this example covers (modeling and analyzing of solar panel energy production), but also because this example is part of a new Getting Started with MATLAB video. This is a 10-minute video that gives you a nice overview of getting started with MATLAB using a real example. With these live scripts, you can actually run the analyses shown in the video.
Be sure to also check out the newly revamped Videos and Webinars page and the MATLAB and Simulink Tutorials page. The videos page organizes the videos at a high level, giving you a quick index into topics you may find useful.
The tutorials page organizes various materials to get you up and running with MATLAB and Simulink, ranging from interactive tutorials to large repository of examples.
